All presale purchases during the Expansion Presale are considered final and cannot be refunded for either money or credit.

Memberships are non-transferrable between customers and must be used for the member explicitly stated on the registration of the membership - let us know immediately if you put down the incorrect member or made a spelling error. We cannot fix any errors once the membership is activated.

This policy is valid regardless of it the member purchased the membership or punch passes online or in-person, and it is the climber's responsibility to be aware of the presale policy before making the purchase.

Any memberships and punch passes are able to start immediately upon purchase and will deduct passes or days from the membership upon activation. Check out what will happen to memberships and punch passes when we close down for renovations here. Memberships purchased during the presale will be activated on December 31, 2021 (or the day you request to start it, whichever comes first) unless otherwise arranged by management.

No refunds can be provided based on Government mandated changes to our COVID-19 Policies and Procedures.

If a membership and a punch pass are purchased together, the membership will run until its expiration, then the punch passes will be deducted.

Any EFT Memberships purchased on or before September 30, 2021 will keep the pre-expansion pricing until (but not including) the April 2022 billing date.
